Nela Vitić was born in Montenegro. She graduated from University of Podgorica, Maritime faculty of Kotor as Maritime Engineer. She obtained Masters degree in Social developments from University of Teramo, Italy. From 1992 until 2002 she worked in Interlog doo Bar as a Head of the Sales Department. Since 2002 she has been covering a position of a Managing Director. In 2010 she was also appointed as a Managing Director of Ocean Montenegro doo Bar. Since 2012 she has also been an authorized person in Logicar doo Bar. She speaks English and Italian.

Since November 2018 she has been a member of Board of Directors of Montenegrin Foreign Investors Council. She is also a member of Transport Association of Chamber of Commerce, member of Maritime association of Montenegro Business Association, president of Montenegrin Maritime Agents’ and Ship Brokers’ association and a member of Rotary Club Bar and its Past president.
