One of our priorities is collaboration with organizations that can contribute to improving the business environment and the development of the Montenegrin economy.

In this vein, a recent meeting was held between Tamas Kamarasi, President of the MFIC, and Armin Ridžalović, the newly appointed Head of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) office for Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. As part of The World Bank, the IFC represents the largest global development institution focused on supporting and strengthening the private sector in developing countries.

During the meeting, areas of collaboration were preliminarily identified, followed by the formalization of specific joint initiatives. Mr. Ridžalović also presented a draft of the new Partnership Framework of The World Bank for cooperation with Montenegro and familiarized himself with the Foreign Investors Council Strategy for the period from 2024 to 2026.
