Assembly

The Assembly of the Council consists of all Corporate and Patron members of the Council, which are represented in the Assembly by their authorized representatives.

The Assembly has the right to:

1. adopt the Articles of Association of the Council;
2. approve annual reports on the activities of the Council;;
3. adopt the annual budget of the Council;
4. define general directions, approve long-term and short-term plans, the programmes and specific goals of the Council;
5. decide on integration, separation or transformation of the Council, as well as on the other changes of the Council’s status;
6. elect and dismiss members of the Board of Directors;
7. elect and dismiss the President of the Board of Directors;
8. adopt Rules of Procedure of the Assembly;
9. decide on the other issues according to the Law and Articles of Association.
