Ivan Radulović

Ivan Radulović was born in Podgorica, Montenegro. He finished elementary school in Podgorica while high school in Maine, USA. In 2006 he graduated with honours from Berkeley College (USA) with Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business. In 2009 he obtained Master of Science with merit from University of Westminster – Westminster Business School (UK) in International Business Economics.

In September 2007 he started working in the Ministry of Finance as Advisor for International Economic Cooperation while since 2013 he worked as a Head of Department for Regulatory Impact Assessment. During his work engagement he has coordinated different activities and tasks in the area of RIA implementation, European integration process, international cooperation, public administration reform and business environment improvement especially in areas of starting business, paying taxes, resolving insolvency and enforcing contracts.

Since the establishment of the Council for Improvement of Business Environment, Regulatory and Structural Reforms (2009) he had been a member of a team which has been providing administrative and professional support to the Council which is Governments’ advisory body. The role of the Council is to create favorable business conditions, foster economic growth necessary to improve the prosperity of all its citizens and to facilitate integration with the EU.

With regards to negotiation process with the EU he had been a member of the Negotiating Groups in two Chapters – 6 – Company Law and 20 – Enterprise and Industrial Policy. He was also a Member of the Regional Working Group for Better Regulation formed by ReSPA with the aim to make regulatory reform a key vehicle for promoting support for economic recovery and growth and to integrate better regulation of Western Balkan countries into the EU accession process as well as a member of the Sectoral Working Group on Integrated UN Programme for Democratic Governance between Government of Montenegro and United Nations.

Ivan Radulović was appointed as Executive Director of Montenegrin Foreign Investors Council in November 2018.
