JUGOPETROL A.D. is the largest petroleum products company in Montenegro. It was established in 1947, in Kotor. In October 2002, 54.53% of the company was acquired by HELLENIC PETROLEUM Group. In December 2014, the company moved its headquarters to Podgorica.
The company owns and operates a network of 46 EKO-branded petrol stations and supply facilities in 3 harbors and 2 airports. The EKO Retail Network offers EuroDiesel and Unleaded 95 and 98, using the Diesel Avio Double Filtered and EKONOMY 95 brands. Its activities include the retail and wholesale trade of petroleum products and lubricants under the EKO brand.
