At the inaugural meeting of the Legal Affairs Committee of the MFIC, discussions focused on defining the committee’s objectives, with a particular emphasis on addressing key legal challenges faced by the business community.
The committee devoted significant attention to regulatory trends across various sectors and the challenges of aligning them with the existing legal framework.
Legal experts from member companies of the MFIC highlighted the importance of joint efforts in improving the regulatory environment and strengthening adherence to the rule of law. Additionally, the need for more effective collaboration among all relevant stakeholders was emphasized, particularly in ensuring better coordination during the drafting and amendment of legislation.
