style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>adopt the Articles of Association of the Council;<\/li>\n<li>approve annual reports on the activities of the Council;;<\/li>\n<li>adopt the annual budget of the Council;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px; background-image: none; background-color: rgb(247, 247, 247);\">define general directions, approve long-term and short-term plans, the programmes and specific goals of the Council;<\/li>\n<li>decide on integration, separation or transformation of the Council, as well as on the other changes of the Council\u2019s status;<\/li>\n<li>elect and dismiss members of the Board of Directors;<\/li>\n<li>elect and dismiss the President of the Board of Directors;<\/li>\n<li>adopt Rules of Procedure of the Assembly;<\/li>\n<li>decide on the other issues according to the Law and Articles of
