Additionally, through cooperation with decision-makers, the Committee will work towards creating a more efficient legal framework, thereby enhancing Montenegro\u2019s investment reputation.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding her appointment, Ana Ivanovi\u0107 stated: \u201cIt is a great honor for me to work alongside the members of the Committee on improving the regulatory framework. This topic is particularly relevant at a time when the European integration process, as well as broader challenges, further emphasize the importance of legal certainty. I will strive to leverage the experience I have gained through my work with Morav\u010devi\u0107, Vojnovi\u0107 &amp; Partners in cooperation with Schoenherr, handling key investment projects in Montenegro and across Europe, to propose concrete solutions to existing challenges.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Montenegrin Foreign Investors Council is the only business association in Montenegro that exclusively brings together foreign investors. Its members generate approximately 23% of the country\u2019s GDP and are among the largest employers, playing a significant role in Montenegro\u2019s economic development.
