The event brought together representatives of institutions, international organizations, and the business community.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"122\" data-end=\"510\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2604 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/mfic.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/283A6245-200x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"379\" height=\"569\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mfic.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/283A6245-200x300.jpeg 200w, https:\/\/mfic.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/283A6245-683x1024.jpeg 683w, https:\/\/mfic.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/283A6245-768x1152.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/mfic.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/283A6245-1024x1536.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/mfic.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/283A6245-scaled.jpeg 1707w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 379px) 100vw, 379px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"512\" data-end=\"909\">Speaking on the panel &#8220;The Role of Arbitration in Attracting Foreign Investments to Montenegro&#8221;, alongside Minister of Justice <strong>Bojan Bo\u017eovi\u0107<\/strong> and Minister of Finance <strong>Novica Vukovi\u0107<\/strong>, Kamar\u00e1si emphasized that foreign investors are not asking for privileged treatment, but rather a legal framework that ensures <strong data-start=\"821\" data-end=\"850\">timely dispute resolution<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"908\">consistent enforcement of contractual obligations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"1456\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"913\" data-end=\"1045\">\u201cThis is not only important for investors, but also for the entire business community and the country\u2019s long-term economic growth. MFIC member companies have shown their commitment to Montenegro for many years by continuously investing and staying present. But potential alone is not enough \u2013 it must be supported systematically, first and foremost through a reliable and functional legal framework. Otherwise, countries with perhaps fewer natural advantages but greater legal predictability will gain the upper hand,\u201d <em>Kamar\u00e1si stated.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1458\" data-end=\"1685\">He added that Montenegro has a unique opportunity to seize the moment and make real progress, stressing that foreign investors are ready to actively cooperate with decision-makers and the business community in that process.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"2073\">As the only business association in Montenegro composed exclusively of foreign companies \u2013 which generate over 23% of the country\u2019s GDP and employ around 6,000 people \u2013 the Montenegrin Foreign Investors Council reiterated its commitment to being a reliable partner in strengthening the business environment and supporting the country\u2019s sustainable economic development.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"2075\" data-end=\"2078\" \/>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2080\" data-end=\"2139\">","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tam\u00e1s Kamar\u00e1si, President of the Board of Directors of the Montenegrin Foreign Investors Council (MFIC), participated in the regional conference &#8220;Enhancing Legal Certainty for Investment Attraction and Development&#8221;, organized by the AIRE Centre for the Western Balkans.
