Foldana Financial Institution plays a significant role in the purchase of receivables and factoring operations in Hungary. Based on the license issued by the Central Bank of Montenegro at the end of 2019, Foldana Financial Doo was registered in Montenegro for the purchase of active and overdue receivables from financial institutions, telecommunications, and public companies. Our company primarily collects payment through out-of-court collection, in most cases by rescheduling payments or signing installment agreements, and by reduction of the debt, we try to reach an agreement with debtors. Only in extreme cases do we initiate legal or enforcement proceedings.
