“The Foreign Investors Council continuously works on establishing quality cooperation with decision-makers, as well as with business associations that bring together companies with the best business practices and standards. I am confident that through joint efforts, we can lay the foundations for sustainable growth and development of Montenegro’s economy,” said Tamas Kamarasi, President of the Board of Directors of the Foreign Investors Council.

Burhan Genç, President of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Chamber of Commerce in Montenegro, reminded that since its establishment in 2023, this association has been dedicated to strengthening the economic ties between Montenegro and Turkey, by supporting companies looking to expand their operations in both countries, as well as promoting trade and investment opportunities.

This partnership represents a significant step forward for both of our organizations, as we join forces to strengthen the economic ties between Montenegro and Turkey, fostering a successful business environment in Montenegro. Through this agreement, our aim is to jointly improve the investment climate, support sustainable business practices, and provide valuable networking opportunities for our members. We believe this cooperation will contribute not only to the prosperity of our business communities but also to the long-term economic growth of Montenegro,” said the President of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Chamber of Commerce.

The signing of the memorandum was also attended by the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Montenegro, Bariş Kalkavan, who welcomed this important step in strengthening the relationship between the two business associations.
