Our Arijana Nikolić Vučinić participated in a panel dedicated to women’s entrepreneurship as part of the “Business Info” conference organized by the NGO “Network for Youth Activism Montenegro” (MOACG).

Moderated by Sofija Kirsanov, the panel discussed the most significant challenges related to the development of women’s entrepreneurship, with speakers including Nina Redžepagić, founder and executive director of the company “OR” and Igor Goranović, vice president of the Union of Young Entrepreneurs.

Arijana Nikolić Vučinić emphasized that according to official research, despite the significantly higher percentage of women with higher education compared to men, they are still less employed and paid less for their work.

These mentioned data confirm the necessity of approaching the fundamental respect for the principle of equal opportunities, which is a prerequisite for improving the business environment and society as a whole.
